Allergy Disclaimer

Tell us in advance

Guests must disclose all known allergies and intolerances before the booking is confirmed. The more we know, the better we can prepare a safe and enjoyable menu.

What we can and cannot guarantee

We do our best to accommodate dietary needs and allergies, and we adapt menus, ingredients and preparation methods accordingly. However, we cook in shared kitchens and work with a wide range of ingredients. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment unless this has been explicitly agreed in writing as part of your booking.

Severe allergies

If you or any of your guests have a severe or life-threatening allergy, please contact us before booking so we can discuss the menu, the kitchen setup and what we can realistically offer for your specific case.

Your responsibility

It is the guest's responsibility to inform us — accurately and in writing — of all relevant allergies and dietary restrictions, and to alert us immediately if anything changes between booking and the evening of the dinner.
