We do our best to be flexible — please get in touch as early as you can if anything changes.

How to cancel or change a booking

Bookings can be cancelled or modified by contacting us at trenzipiccione@gmail.com or +34 666 469 303.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions depend on the timing of the cancellation, the ingredients already purchased and the preparation work already done. We always confirm the exact conditions in writing before a booking is finalised, so you know what applies before you commit.

Early cancellations (well in advance of the date) can usually be made at no cost.
Closer to the booking date, ingredient and preparation costs already incurred may not be refundable.
No-shows on the day of the booking are non-refundable.

Force majeure

In case of events outside of either party's control (serious illness, government restrictions, etc.) we will always try to find a fair solution, such as rescheduling the dinner.
